12 Thoughts I'm havinnnn.

Few things on my mind tonight that probably won’t land well - but stuff it (that hasn’t stopped me before) haha……

1. Got TOTALLY abused last time I said this publicly but my opinion is the same - I 100% believe ‘The Rock’ is on more than just Chicken & Rice to have his current physique at his age.
2. There’s something unsettling about Bill Gates and Epstein relationship from the way be casually said “Well he’s dead!” after being questioned about his multiple trips to The Island.
3. I think someone needs to Deep dive into the financials of Snow Sports NZ and the ratio of expenses into High Performance over the past 20 years vs the commitment to growth of the sport at the grass roots to build future pipeline of champions.
4. I THINK this quote could actually be true - “your clients are more likely to become your friends BEFORE your friends become your clients”. Is that sad?
5. Even if you become Prime Minister - about 50% of people will still NOT LIKE you. That weight HAS to do something to everyone’s headspace - regardless how tough you are.
6. TODAY - You should remove yourself from 1 group chat whose energy is constantly negative, toxic and shit.
7. Schedule in time in your calender to randomly send text messages to friends checking in.
8. It THENNNNNN does sucks to realize 90% of the people you check in with don’t return the favor in time - but you still do it anyways.
9. Multiple people who I respect are saying that as we speak the majority of people are asleep at the wheel right now with where the markets and country economy is actually heading, and NOT preparing.
10. Saying NO to more things than YES really is such a powerful word in Business and Life.
11. Wondering what will the future mortality rate of startups who won’t have enough runway to make the next raise? 20-30%?
12. Been challenging myself on this idea of INFORMATION vs INTEL? Eg. Now that everyone can get all the answers and data it will be those who can get the best intel for context that will win.

Ps. I also think I’d like to take on ONE Executive Advisory role and ONE new board role this year in 2023? Why? I want ro strategically breakdown / support and challenge the shit out of some bigger stuff and test my intellect against more weapons to help things grow and build.
